And there is also a general handyman type that a lot of our neighbors in the building use too. It's made us doing our Home Exchange a lot easier having confidence in the community here and the people that we can rely on. But the building is really well maintained as is our condo so we haven't really needed to do much but just maintenance and some minor improvements. The building manager and the staff are all really fantastic too. We feel really grateful to have called this home on Havre Street which means Haven. We also have a great community of neighbors living here that all help each other out. The plants on our balcony are very low maintenance native plants. They get watered twice a week. We also have some hummingbird flowering plants and we get four different varieties of hummingbirds visiting them. You'll have to watch them because sometimes they get curious and they like to come inside if your doors are open!
